My Phone Shows "Unregistered" or "Offline"

What This Means:

Your phone can't connect to the InnovoPBX system. This is usually a network or configuration issue.

Quick Fixes:

 

Step 1: Restart Your Phone

1. Unplug the power (or network cable if PoE)
2. Wait 10 seconds
3. Plug it back in
4. Wait 2-3 minutes for the phone to fully boot up
5. Check if it shows "Registered"

 


Step 2: Check Your Network

1. Test internet connection:

1. Try browsing the web on your computer
2. Check if other devices can access the internet
3. Ask colleagues if their phones are working

 

 

2. Check network cables:

1. Make sure all cables are firmly connected
2. Look for any loose connections
3. Try a different network port if available
