Call Quality Issues

Network-Related Issues:

1. Check internet speed:

1. Run a speed test on your computer
2. You need at least 100 kbps per call
3. Close unnecessary programs using internet

 

2. Restart network equipment:

1. Unplug your router/modem for 30 seconds
2. Plug back in and wait for full startup
3. Test call quality again

 

 

Phone-Related Issues:

1. Try a different handset (if available)
2. Clean handset connections with a dry cloth
3. Check for interference** from other electronic devices


Echo Problems:

- Reduce handset volume slightly
- Move away from speakers or other phones
- Check room acoustics - hard surfaces can cause echo
