Check These First:
Power Connection
1. Check the power adapter:
1. Is it plugged into the wall outlet?
2. Is it plugged into your phone?
3. Try a different wall outlet
4. Look for any damage to the power cord
2. For PoE (Power over Ethernet) phones:
1. Make sure the network cable is firmly connected
2. Check if other network devices are working
3. Try a different network port if available
Network Cable
1. Check cable connections:
1. Unplug and reconnect the network cable
2. Make sure it "clicks" into place
3. Check both ends (phone and wall/switch)
4. Look for any visible damage to the cable
2. Test with a different cable:
1. If you have a spare network cable, try it
2. Borrow one from a working computer temporarily
